Everyone needs a coach

I decide it is time for a career change.

I move into a position that allows me to learn how to ask bold questions. I learn how to give away authority and power, as this allows me to gently lead rather than constantly directing. I now have no direct reports, but many dotted lines. This means I need to lead through influence and connection. This means having meaningful conversations, rather than assuming they know what’s going on.

I began seeking out a coaching career. This is where I found I loved being a coach. I love cheering on others, I love helping others see their potential, I love helping others navigate through challenges of life.

I am now in the coldest state in America, married to a man that loves God first and praying God will be honored through this endeavor.

Life has a way of stretching us in directions we never expected. Even the strongest, most capable people hit seasons where clarity fades, confidence wavers, or the next step feels uncertain. We weren’t designed to navigate those moments alone. That’s where coaching becomes powerful.

A coach doesn’t take over your life or tell you what to do. A coach walks beside you—asking the bold questions you may not think to ask yourself, offering perspective when your view feels narrow, and helping you uncover the strength and wisdom already inside you. Coaching creates space for honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and intentional growth. It’s a place where you can be fully seen, fully heard, and gently challenged in ways that move you forward.

We all need someone who believes in us, especially when we’re struggling to believe in ourselves. Someone who can help us untangle the noise, reconnect with our purpose, and take steps that honor who we are becoming. Life’s challenges don’t disappear, but with the right support, they become opportunities—moments that shape us rather than break us.

That’s the gift of coaching. It’s not about fixing people. It’s about empowering them to rise.

If you’re seeking clarity, encouragement, or a partner in your growth, I’d love to hear your story. Reach out and let’s begin a meaningful conversation about what’s possible for you.
